All products and services are intended for personal use and spiritual purposes.

The EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
   •    custom-made or personalized goods
   •    services fully performed
   •    services where execution has begun with the client’s explicit consent
   •    digital content delivered without a physical medium

Clients may be asked to confirm consent and waiver before completing checkout.

Refunds and returns are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Personalized items and completed services are generally non-refundable, except as required by law.
