RETURN POLICY

Return Policy – Ravenithos SRL

All products and services offered by Ravenithos SRL are created individually and customized for each client. Because of this personalized nature, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance sales in the European Union does not apply in the following cases:
   •    custom-made or personalized physical products (e.g., amulets, talismans created specifically for a client)
   •    services that have been fully performed
   •    services where performance has begun with the client’s explicit consent before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period
   •    personalized digital content delivered without a physical medium (e.g., personalized PDF files, readings, reports)

No Returns – Personalized Items

Since all items are custom-made for each individual customer, returns are not accepted and products cannot be resold or reused.

No Refunds – Services

For services such as rituals, spell work, energy work, and tarot readings:
   •    once the service has been completed, no refund is possible
   •    if the client requests the service to begin before 14 days, they expressly waive the right of withdrawal
   •    partial progress or preparation of the service also constitutes performance of the service

Digital Content

For personalized digital content (such as PDFs, reports, readings sent electronically):
   •    after delivery, no refunds or returns are possible
   •    by ordering, the client agrees to immediate or scheduled digital delivery and waives the right of withdrawal

Client Consent

By placing an order on our website, the client confirms that:
   •    the product or service is personalized
   •    they understand that the right of withdrawal does not apply
   •    they agree that performance of the service may begin before 14 days
   •    they waive the statutory right of withdrawal where legally applicable

Defective or Incorrect Items

This policy does not exclude the client’s legal rights regarding:
   •    defective items
   •    incorrect delivery

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
