All products and services provided through this website are personalized and created individually for each client. Due to the custom-made nature of our products and services, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law.
​Custom-Made Physical Products
Our physical items (including but not limited to amulets, talismans, ritual objects) are handmade and customized to the client’s request or energetic intention.
Because they are custom-made and cannot be resold or reused:
• refunds are not available
• cancellations are not accepted once production has begun

Services (Rituals, Spell Work, Tarot Readings, Energy Work)
For services provided by Ravenithos SRL:
• once the service has been completed, no refund is possible
• preparation, scheduling, or partial performance of the service constitutes beginning of the service
• if you request early performance (same-day or priority service), you waive the right of withdrawal
Digital Content (PDFs, reports, readings, custom written materials)
For personalized digital content delivered electronically:
• refunds are not available after delivery
• by placing an order, you consent to delivery of digital content and waive the right of withdrawal where legally applicable

Client Acknowledgment
By ordering through our website, the client confirms that:
• all products and services are personalized
• they understand that refunds are not available for personalized items, completed services, or delivered digital content
• service performance may start before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period
• they waive the statutory right of withdrawal where legally permitted

Exceptions Required by Law
This refund policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the case of:
• defective products
• incorrect product received
• product damaged during transport
